FOR THE VENTURA COAST AND LOS ANGELES COAST FROM MALIBU TO
HOLLYWOOD HILLS...

* Winds...Northeast 15 to 25 mph with gusts to 40 mph Thursday
into Friday morning...except 20 to 30 mph with gusts to 45 mph
across the eastern portions of the Ventura county coastal
plain.

* Relative Humidity...Minimum 3 to 10 percent with very poor
overnight recovery.

* Impacts...If fire ignition occurs, there will be the potential
for very rapid spread of wildfire. long range spotting, and
extreme fire behavior that could lead to a threat to life and
property. Use extreme caution with potential fire ignition
sources.

increasing to 20 to 35 mph with gusts to 55 mph Thursday into
Thursday night.

* Relative Humidity...Daily minimum 2 to 6 percent today
becoming 5 to 10 percent on Thursday. Very poor overnight
recovery.

* Impacts...If fire ignition occurs, there will be the potential
for very rapid spread of wildfire, long range spotting, and

into this evening. Winds strongest in and around the Highway 14
corridor and the western Santa Monica Mountains. Isolated gusts
to 60 mph are expected late this morning into early this
afternoon. Winds are expected to diminish some, but continue
through the overnight hours and into Friday morning. Wind
advisories might need to be extended into Friday for the
mountains.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will make driving difficult, especially
for high profile vehicles.
