* WINDS: WEST AT 20 TO 30 MPH WITH GUSTS OF 40 TO 50 MPH.

* TIMING: WINDS WILL INCREASE LATE THIS MORNING INTO EARLY THIS
AFTERNOON. WINDS WILL BE STRONGEST LATE SATURDAY MORNING INTO
EARLY SATURDAY AFTERNOON BEFORE DECREASING.

* LOCATIONS: BARSTOW...DAGGETT...FORT IRWIN...KRAMER
JUNCTION...TRONA.

* IMPACTS: STRONG CROSSWINDS WILL MAKE FOR DIFFICULT DRIVING
CONDITIONS ON AREA ROADS INCLUDING INTERSTATES 15 AND 40 AS
WELL AS HIGHWAYS 58 AND 395. AREAS OF BLOWING SAND AND DUST
ARE POSSIBLE RESULTING IN REDUCED VISIBILITY. ANY LOOSE
OBJECTS OUTSIDE WILL BE BLOWN AWAY.
