* UNTIL 330 PM MST

* AT 1228 PM MST...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A THUNDERSTORM PRODUCING
HEAVY RAIN IN AN AREA ABOUT 15 MILES NORTHWEST OF HEBER-OVERGAARD.
UP TO TWO INCHES OF RAIN IN ONE HOUR HAS ALREADY FALLEN. FLASH
FLOODING IS EXPECTED TO BEGIN SHORTLY.

* FLASH FLOODING WILL REMAIN OVER MAINLY RURAL AREAS OF SOUTHEASTERN
