The National Weather Service in Flagstaff has issued a Red Flag
Warning, which is in effect from 11 AM to 8 PM MST Thursday. The
Fire Weather Watch for this time is no longer in effect.
* 20 FOOT WIND...West-southwest 20 to 25 MPH gusting to 40 MPH.
* RELATIVE HUMIDITY...8 to 14 percent.
* IMPACTS...Any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly.
Outdoor burning is not recommended.
A Red Flag Warning means that critical fire weather conditions
are either occurring or are imminent. A combination of strong
winds and low relative humidities can contribute to extreme fire

Advisory, which is in effect from 11 AM to 8 PM MST Thursday.
* TIMING...Winds will increase Thursday through the daylight hours
as strong winds mix to the surface.
* WINDS...Sustained west winds in excess of 30 mph with gusts
over 45 mph are expected late morning through the evening hours
* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will make travel in high profile vehicles
difficult. Strong winds may result in areas of blowing dust and
