...FLASH FLOOD WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 4 PM CDT THIS
The Flash Flood Watch continues for
* Portions of southwest Arkansas, southeast Oklahoma, and
northeast Texas, including the following areas, in southwest
Arkansas, Hempstead, Howard, Little River, Nevada, and Sevier.
In southeast Oklahoma, McCurtain. In northeast Texas, Bowie,
Camp, Franklin, Morris, Red River, and Titus.
* Until 4 PM CDT this afternoon
* Widespread rain and a few thunderstorms will continue this
morning ahead of an upper level disturbance. Since yesterday, 2
to 5 inches of rainfall have occurred across the watch area.
Moderate to occaional heavy rainfall is expected today with an
additional 2 to 4 inches possible.
* Expect flooding of low-lying areas, and locations with poor
