HALF TO ONE INCH WITH ISOLATED HIGHER AMOUNTS WILL BE POSSIBLE
OVERNIGHT. ANOTHER STRONG UPPER LEVEL DISTURBANCE WILL MOVE
THROUGH THE REGION MONDAY AFTERNOON AND MONDAY NIGHT...
RESULTING IN ANOTHER ROUND OF LOCALLY HEAVY RAINFALL. RAINFALL
AMOUNTS WITH THIS SECOND SYSTEM WILL RANGE FROM TWO TO IN EXCESS
OF FOUR INCHES...WITH THE TWO DAY STORM TOTAL AMOUNTS RANGING
FROM THREE TO FIVE INCHES...WITH LOCALLY HIGHER AMOUNTS. THIS

* Forecast...Rise above flood stage by Wednesday early afternoon and
continue to rise to near 26.5 feet by early Friday morning.
* Impact...Expect considerable flooding between levee systems. Move

the Red River Near Dekalb, Texas at Pecan Point.
* until further notice...or until the warning is cancelled.
* At 100 PM Sunday the stage was 29.4 feet.
* Moderate flooding is occurring and Major flooding is forecast.
* Flood stage is 24 feet.
* Forecast...The river will continue rising to near 33.0 feet by
Wednesday morning then begin falling.
* Impact...at 33.0 feet...The approaches to the U.S. highway 259
bridge inundate. Tens of thousands of acres will flood.
Complete evacuation of livestock is encouraged. The U.S. highway
259 bridge will very likely be closed. In addition, Texas highway
37, that runs from Clarksville, Texas to Wright, Oklahoma, and
Texas highway 8, that runs from New Boston, Texas to Critton Ridge,
Arkansas, will likely be closed.

will fall below flood stage by early Thursday morning.
* Impact...Several hundred acres of lowlands flood from the confluence
of the Glover River to downstream on the Little River. Move livestock
and equipment to higher ground.
