ESCAMBIA...LOWER BALDWIN...LOWER MOBILE...UPPER BALDWIN AND
UPPER MOBILE. IN NORTHWEST FLORIDA...COASTAL ESCAMBIA...
COASTAL OKALOOSA...COASTAL SANTA ROSA...INLAND ESCAMBIA...
INLAND OKALOOSA AND INLAND SANTA ROSA.

* UNTIL 6 PM CDT THIS EVENING

* WIDESPREAD RAIN TOTALS OF 1 TO 3 INCHES WITH LOCALLY HIGHER
AMOUNTS.

* MANY RIVERS ACROSS THE WATCH AREA ARE ALREADY IN FLOOD. THIS
ADDITIONAL RAINFALL MAY EXACERBATE THE FLOODING ALONG WITH
BRINGING INSTANCES OF FLASH FLOODING.

* FLOOD STAGE IS 12 FEET
* THE RIVER WILL REMAIN NEAR 13.3 FEET THROUGH THIS AFTERNOON AND THEN BEGIN
A VERY SLOW FALL.
* AT 12.0 FEET, CONSIDERABLE OVERFLOW OF LOWLANDS IN THE AREA WILL OCCUR AND A FEW
COUNTY ROADS WILL BECOME FLOODED.

SANDBAR AND IN THE VICINITY OF STRUCTURES SUCH AS GROINS...
JETTIES AND PIERS. HEED THE ADVICE OF LIFEGUARDS AND THE BEACH
PATROL. PAY ATTENTION TO FLAGS AND POSTED SIGNS.

IF YOU BECOME CAUGHT IN A RIP CURRENT...DO NOT PANIC. REMAIN CALM
AND BEGIN TO SWIM PARALLEL TO SHORE. ONCE YOU ARE AWAY FROM THE
FORCE OF THE RIP CURRENT...BEGIN TO SWIM BACK TO THE BEACH. DO
NOT ATTEMPT TO SWIM DIRECTLY AGAINST A RIP CURRENT. EVEN A STRONG
SWIMMER CAN BECOME EXHAUSTED QUICKLY.
