* SNOW...WITH 6 TO 8 INCHES TOTAL ACCUMULATION.

* TIMING...SNOW HEAVY AT TIMES WILL DEVELOP AFTER MIDNIGHT
TONIGHT AND CONTINUE THROUGH EARLY WEDNESDAY MORNING.

* IMPACTS...VISIBILITY WILL BE GREATLY REDUCED AND SNOW WILL
