...Locally heavy showers expected across portions of Southcentral
Alaska this afternoon and evening...
Bands of showers containing heavy rain and small hail will develop
mid-day and become more widespread during the afternoon hours.
The most likely areas to see these heavy showers includes the
interior Kenai Peninsula northward to Anchorage and Palmer as
well across most of the Susitna Valley and Copper River Basin.
