* BLOWING SNOW...REDUCING VISIBILITY TO 1/4 MILE OR LESS AT
TIMES.

* WINDS...SOUTH GUSTING TO 50 MPH.

* TIMING...SNOW WILL CONTINUE TONIGHT. STRONG WINDS AND LOCAL
