WILL DIMINISH SOME AS THEY BREAK ONSHORE. SEA LEVELS ARE
EXPECTED TO BE AS HIGH AS 1.5 FOOT ABOVE NORMAL.

* TIMING...HIGH SURF IS EXPECTED TO BEGIN EARLY TUESDAY MORNING
AND CONTINUE THROUGH NOON WEDNESDAY. HIGH SURF IS EXPECTED TO
DIMINISH SLOWLY WEDNESDAY AFTERNOON AND WEDNESDAY NIGHT.

* SNOW...1 TO 3 INCHES. STORM TOTAL SNOWFALL 5 TO 9 INCHES.

* BLOWING SNOW...SOUTH WINDS 15 TO 25 MPH GUSTING TO 35 MPH THIS
EVENING THROUGH PASSES WILL REDUCE VISIBILITY TO ONE HALF MILE
OR LESS AT TIMES.

* TIMING...SNOW WILL DIMINISH FROM WEST TO EAST TUESDAY MORNING.
STRONG WINDS THROUGH PASSES WILL GRADUALLY DIMINISH AFTER
MIDNIGHT AND LOW VISIBILITY IN BLOWING SNOW WILL IMPROVE.
