Explanation: We have recently updated the site to increase the speed and experience for our Intellicast.com users. If you have viewed the site recently you may have information from the old site cached on your computer. To alleviate this problem, try typing "Control and R". Doing so will refresh your page and update your system with the latest version of our website.

Known Issues

Daily Weather Emails - We are aware of some issues with our daily weather emails and are currently working to verify that the information being sent is accurate and up to date.
Saved Maps - If you are having problems with your saved maps remaining saved and you already have a user profile with us, go to the Profile page, log-out, and then log back in. This should make sure that your Saved Maps stay under your current account. Saved Maps are saved under your local profile, so maps will be different depending on whether you are signed-in versus being signed-out.
Desktop Weather - Our Desktop weather is a legacy product that we no longer support. While there is no timetable for any future versions, we continue to look at the possibility. Intellicast will not offer any support for the Intellicast Desktop, and users must use this service at their discretion. To replace this unsupported application, we are developing other 'widgets' and 'gadgets' for our users.
